By accessing and participating in activities at GRACE Adult Day Social Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our facilities and participation in our activities.

2. Service Description

GRACE Adult Day Social Club provides social activities and engagement opportunities for seniors and adults. We are a social venue, our services include social activities, entertainment, and engagement programs.

3. Health and Safety

We strive to create a safe environment at all times. Participants or Participants' Responsible Party are responsible for:

• Managing their own medical needs and medications
• Informing staff of any health conditions that may affect participation
• Having emergency contact information on file

4. Liability

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, GRACE Adult Day Social Club is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal property during participation in our activities.

5. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. Participants or Participants' Responsible Party may opt out of being photographed by notifying the Director.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in our activities constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
